The editorial said that the "government" officially inaugurated a preparatory committee for the "foundation for comfort women", pursuant to an "agreement" it made with Japan, without informing the victims of it.

The regime claims that the purpose of the "foundation" is to reinstate the honor and dignity of victims and cure the wounds in their hearts but this only adds to their bruise, it noted, adding:

The "government's" projected establishment of the "foundation" is its one more crime.
