U.S. Era Ends: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, June 4 (KCNA) -- Book "Failed Duty" criticizing the foreign policy of the U.S. authorities is drawing attention of readers in the U.S.

The author of the book in a book "U.S. Doom" in 2011, analyzing and reviewing the U.S. act after the end of the Cold War, said that the U.S. tried to force other countries to accept its political system palatable to its taste but ended in failure, which resulted in total bankruptcy of the foreign policy of the U.S. administration and, therefore, the U.S. should abandon its ambition to dominate the world in the future.

Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a commentary terms this a correct estimation fully reflecting the current plight of the U.S.

The status of the U.S. styling itself the "only superpower" in the world has already declined, the commentary notes, and goes on:

The history of the U.S. is one of evils and evil runs through its foreign policy.

The U.S. which rose up on bloody compost of Indians regarded the use of strength as its state policy and has resorted to aggression, war and interference into internal affairs of other countries, meeting its avaricious interests through them.

The U.S., obsessed with strength-almighty conception, has expanded its overseas military bases and resorted to modernization of arms and equipment and arms buildup for aggression and plunder while squandering a fabulous amount for military spending.

The U.S. bragged that the security of its mainland had never been threatened but it is a cock-and-bull story now when various countries have developed cutting-edge strike weapons.

The American Empire at present is more dead than alive as it is sentenced to death by the world.

Gone are the days never to return when the U.S. boasted of "might" and the era of the "only superpower" in the world is ending.

What awaits the U.S. now is the final doom. This is inevitable.
