The statement said the unheard-of crime of group abduction of citizens of the DPRK in broad daylight was the extra-large terrorist act which could be committed only by the present south Korean authorities obsessed with extreme confrontation with the fellow countrymen in the north.

The abduction was the premeditated and organized plot by the south Korean puppets against the DPRK and the crime violating the sovereignty of the DPRK and wantonly abusing human rights, the statement said, and went on:

We, together with the world progressive people, bitterly denounce and reject the inhumane crime of the south Korean puppets and strongly demand the repatriation of the abductees without delay.

The United Nations and other international bodies should take measures to call into question the despicable crime of the south Korean authorities and force them to send back at once the abductees to their families and stop provocations aggravating the situation on the Korean peninsula.

Availing ourselves of this opportunity we would like to extend full support and solidarity to the DPRK struggling to smash sanctions and moves of the U.S. and its followers to stifle the DPRK and defend sovereignty and dignity of the country and achieve the independent and peaceful reunification.
