The meeting heard the report by Cha Sang Bo, vice chairman of the General Association of Koreans in China, who had participated in the congress as the head of its delegation to congratulate the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.

He said that Kim Jong Un made sure that he took the tribune of honor at the congress and read out the congratulatory message of the General Association of Koreans in China. Kim Jong Un also personally watched a congratulatory banner reflecting the loyalty of all Koreans in China and expressed concern about the health of the chairman of the General Association of Koreans in China, he noted.

Referring to the love and care for his delegation during the visit to the homeland, he stressed that Kim Jong Un is the benevolent father of all the Koreans in China.

Cha called for building up the general association founded and developed under the care of the great leaders into Kim Jong Un's overseas citizens organization in which his monolithic leadership system is firmly established through the successful holding of the 6th congress of the general association this year.

The participants in the meeting studied the line and policies for national reunification Kim Jong Un set forth at the Party Seventh Congress.

On the same day, they watched videos such as "The Seventh Congress of the WPK, one of victory and glory to be recorded in the history of the great Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist party, opened with splendor", etc.
