The speakers at the press conference said that the establishment of the preparatory committee for setting up the "Foundation" by the authorities is pursuant to the scenario to step up the implementation of the "agreement" which they cooked up with Japan in a shackling way without any heed paid to the victims of sexual slavery.

The south Korean civic and social circles and even the human rights experts of the UN are denouncing the "agreement" as an attempt to gag victims and write off the history with money, they noted.

They declared the "agreement", which covered up the crimes of the Japanese imperialists for a few pennies against the will of the victims of sexual slavery who demand sincere apology and reparation, null and void and demanded an immediate stop to the setting up of the "Foundation".
