Printed on the upper part of the stamp are letters "70th Anniversary of KCU," "Juche 35 (1946)" and "Juche 105 (2016)" which reminds one of the proud course of development covered by the KCU as a Juche-oriented children's organization under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Depicted in the center of the stamp is bright and brave looks of KCU members growing up to be dependable pillars of a socialist power, together with letters "Become Pillars Supporting a Prosperous Future Korea".
