The KCU is the glorious KCU of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il which had been developed under their warm care.

Kim Il Sung started the Juche-oriented children's movement in the flames of the anti-Japanese war and provided its deep and strong roots. He established the most popular universal free educational system, providing all students across the country with new school uniforms and bringing up the members of the KCU to be genuine sons and daughters of the country.

Kim Jong Il regarded it as an important work related to the future of the revolution to train the younger generation and spared nothing for the schoolchildren, protecting the bright smile and happiness of the children from every storm and stress.

The new century of Juche is being recorded as a special one in the development of the KCU thanks to supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

Kim Jong Un is the tender-hearted father of the schoolchildren as he is taking them to his arms and showing all sorts of loving care for them by carrying forward the great leaders' love for the younger generation and the future.

There are many countries and schoolchildren in the world but it is only the members of the KCU who are steadfastly succeeding to the revolution, enjoying all benefits of socialism under the care of the great party.
