The chairman of the committee referred in detail to the undying exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il for national reunification.

Saying that the declaration serves as a historic milestone for reunifying Korea independently and peacefully by dint of the great national unity, he urged the south Korean authorities to stop depending on outsiders any longer and come out for dialogue and negotiations for peace and reunification on the Korean peninsula and prosperity common to the Korean nation.

The Workers' Party of Korea led by the respected HE Kim Jong Un will surely achieve the country's reunification in line with wishes and interests of all Koreans in the north, the south and abroad, he added.
