They underscored the need to bolster up independence and Juche character of national economy in every way by relying on our efforts, technology and resources on the self-development-first principle, work out the plan to implement the five-year strategy for the state economic development and wage a dynamic struggle for realizing it.

They called upon all people to become honorable victors again in the 200-day campaign of loyalty for thoroughly implementing the decision advanced at the Party Seventh Congress.
