Speakers said at the conference that it has been recently disclosed that Maeil Sinbo, the organ of the "government-general in Korea" during the Japanese imperialist colonial rule, released totally false reports about Korean girls who were taken to Japan for slave labor and met death.

They condemned the Japanese imperialists for taking guiltless girls to Japan and forced them to do slave labor and totally falsifying facts about their death.

They demanded the Japanese prime minister personally make an apology and reparation for embellishing the forcible drafting through false reports and trampling down the honor of many Koreans.
