A secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and other figures congratulated the WPK upon its successful 7th Congress and praised President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un for building and leading the party.

They lauded Kim Jong Un who is leading the building of a socialist power to victory as a great man and wished the army and people of the DPRK bigger success in their struggle for implementing the tasks set forth at the 7th Congress of the WPK.

The first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus (CPB) said in a speech that it was the great pride of his party to award its "loyalty" medal to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 7th Congress of the WPK.

He said that the congress clearly indicated the tasks and ways for building a socialist power and reunifying the country.

A secretary of the C.C., CPB and other speakers said that it is entirely just that the WPK is carrying forward the cause of building a socialist power by dint of ideology. We could not repress the admiration at the fact that in the DPRK youth are growing up to be the reliable successors to revolution, they said, adding: We should follow the idea of the WPK on attaching importance to youth.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the lecture held in Russia.
