| Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- Pak Kon Ui, a student of Pyongyang Kim Won Gyun Conservatory, took the first place in the 22nd individual contest for February 16 art prize held few months ago. In the contest, Pak gave an excellent rendition of a piano concerto "Ode to Comrade Kim Jong Il". He drew attention of experts from his days at primary school for extraordinary musical sensibility. He proved successful at different international juvenile piano competitions including the 20th Tolyatsi international juvenile piano players concours. |
