Right after the talks between the Japanese and south Korean puppet military authorities were held in Singapore, the Japanese minister of Defence openly claimed that both sides reached a consensus of views on the issues of satisfactorily ensuring the bilateral liaison system including the one of raising the director-level hotline between his ministry and south Korean Ministry of Defense to the minister-level one.

On the other hand, the puppet military authorities said ambiguously that whether to increase circuits or raise the level is a matter to be consulted additionally.

In this connection the newspaper questioned the Ministry of Defence why it is taking a low-key attitude whenever it stands before Japan, adding that it took such defensive attitude as regards its military diplomacy towards Japan several times before.
