Pyongyang, June 11 (KCNA) -- Wayne Chapin, chief technical adviser of the Cooperative Development of Operational Safety and Continuing Airworthiness Programme (COSCAP) of North Asia of the International Civil Aviation Organization, and his companion arrived here Saturday to take part in the 16th coordinating committee meeting of the COSCAP, North Asia of the ICAO.
