Present there were the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) who doubles as deputy prime minister and minister for Women, Children and Social Welfare, the chairman of the Nepal Journalist Association, the chairman of the Study Forum for Self-Reliance of Nepal and other personages of political parties, organizations and Juche idea study organizations and masses.

The speakers said that supreme leader Kim Jong Un's election as chairman of the WPK marked an important event in accomplishing the cause of global independence.

They expressed full support to the tasks set forth by Kim Jong Un at the Seventh Congress of the WPK for the drive to build a socialist power, reunify the country independently and achieve global independence.
