This is nothing but the reckless and desperate effort of confrontation maniacs and warmongers to stifle the DPRK at any cost with the backing of their masters U.S. and Japan, much upset by the daily rising dignity and might of the DPRK.

The U.S., Japan and south Korean puppet forces are the arch criminals who have persistently disturbed peace and security on the Korean peninsula and in Northeast Asia and the rest of the world. It is preposterous, therefore, for them to have taken issue with the legitimate right for self-defence of the DPRK to protect sovereignty of the country and the right of the nation to existence at the above-said confabs.

What matters is that the south Korean puppet forces have rolled up their sleeves to cook up the U.S.-Japan-south Korea triangular military alliance at the prodding of the U.S.

At the above-said huddles the south Korean military warmongers promised before the U.S. master to escalate new hostile acts against the DPRK, vociferating about "unification by prevailing over communism" through northward invasion together with the Japanese reactionaries who are making desperate efforts to realize the old dream for "Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere" under the pretext of coping with the DPRK's righteous measure for self-defence. These reckless moves of the south Korean military warmongers go to prove that what alarming phase their wild ambition for confrontation with the fellow countrymen in the north have reached.

The revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK will never remain a passive onlooker to the moves of the south Korean authorities to ignite a nuclear war on this land by tightening the despicable collusion and nexus with their masters U.S. and Japan, talking about "military diplomacy."
