The above-said foundation is aimed to hasten the implementation of the humiliating "agreement" on the issue of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army fabricated at the end of last year.

Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says in a commentary in this regard:

The south Korean authorities are persistently stepping up the establishment of the foundation, justifying it. This is no more than a treacherous action to gloss over with a petty amount of money the unpardonable sexual slavery the Japanese imperialists committed against Korean women.

The south Korean puppet forces opted for the establishment of the foundation, pressurized by the dictation of their master Japan. This is little short of the wickedest act of unhesitatingly selling off the dignity and interests of the south Korean people to the Japs as the former are bereft of even an iota of self-respect.

The above-said act of treachery perpetrated by the south Korean authorities defying opposition of the people from all walks of life is aimed at rapidly clearing the hurdles lying in the way of improving the relations with Japan and tightening the military nexus for invading the north.

The south Korean puppet group has become undisguised in its military nexus with Japan at the instigation of the U.S. This amounts to paving the road for the Japanese reactionaries to stage a comeback to Korea.

This group of traitors should be thrown overboard without fail as they are unhesitatingly colluding with the sworn enemy of the Korean nation in a bid to invade the north.
