It was attended by Chairman of the IMGC Ri Yong Son, president of the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF), Vice-Chairman of the IMGC Leong Wai Meng, vice-president of the ITF, and other members of the Executive Committee of the IMGC.

Representatives from the International Martial Arts Federation and the national martial arts games committees attended it as observers.

The meeting discussed the issues of further developing the work of the IMGC to realize its ideal and of setting the host place for the 7th International Martial Arts Games.
