S. Korean Puppet Regime Accused of Covering Truth behind Ferry Sewol Disaster

Pyongyang, June 16 (KCNA) -- The April 16 Consultative Council of Families and the "People's Solidarity for Promise Made on April 16", south Korean organizations of bereaved families of the ferry Sewol disaster, held a news conference in Seoul on June 13 in protest against the puppet authorities trying to cover up the truth behind the ferry Sewol disaster, according to the south Korean internet paper Voice of People.

Speakers chided the "government" for pressurizing the Ad Hoc Committee for Probing the Truth behind the Ferry Sewol Disaster to wind up its activities by using its power.

The behavior of the "government" is aimed at disregarding the will of the bereaved families and other people to see a thorough investigation into the disaster, they noted, and went on:

Chongwadae and gentries of the ruling party have hamstrung the Ad Hoc Committee's activities in an organized manner and worked hard to disband it.

They renewed the will to join the people in their actions to foil the above-said moves of the "government."
