He said in an article titled "Kim Jong Il, eternal leader of the WPK":

June 19 this year is the significant day marking the 52nd anniversary of Kim Jong Il's start of his work at the Party Central Committee.

He developed new and original ideas and theories for building a party and set a brilliant example in building a revolutionary party.

He developed in depth the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and led the party building and activities as required by it, thus developing the WPK into the one of the President.

Even when the socialist ruling parties collapsed in different countries late in the last century, only the WPK advanced along the road of victory and shone brilliantly as an example for the progressive political parties of the world and as the beacon of hope under the leadership of Kim Jong Il.

The triumphant history of the WPK is unthinkable without him.

The New Socialist Party of Romania pays highest tribute to him for making a distinguished contribution to strengthening the WPK.
