General Association of Koreans in China Calls for Turning out as One in Struggle for National Reunification

Pyongyang, June 17 (KCNA) -- The General Association of Koreans in China issued a statement on June 10 in support of an appeal to all Koreans adopted at the joint conference of the DPRK government, political parties and organizations.

The statement said:

The General Association of Koreans in China and all Koreans in China fully support and warmly respond to the ardent patriotic appeal which reflects the unanimous desire to improve the inter-Korean relations and make a decisive breakthrough towards the country's reunification.

The general association and Koreans in China will positively respond to the proposal to hold the nation-wide reunification meeting on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of Korea's liberation with firm faith and optimism about the final victory in the struggle for national reunification and turn out as one in the sacred struggle to open the gate to a reunified power at an early date.
