In team standings, the Kangwon Provincial Team placed first in the Taekwon-Do event while the North Hamgyong Provincial Team came first in the Paduk games.

Choe Son Yong from the Taekwon-Do Team of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee and Jong Yun Chol from the South Hamgyong Provincial Taekwon-Do Team were awarded individual technical prizes in Taekwon-Do games while Pak Sol Gyong from the North Hamgyong Provincial Taekwon-Do Team and Ro Ui Song from the Taekwon-Do Team of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee received individual technical prizes in the Paduk games.

Present at the closing ceremony were officials concerned, players and coaches, school youth and children and working people.
