Anniversary of June 15 North-South Joint Declaration Marked Abroad

| Pyongyang, June 19 (KCNA) -- A meeting took place in Malaysia and a film show and photo exhibition in Bangladesh on June 12 and 13 on the occasion of the 16th anniversary of the publication of the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration. Displayed at the venues of the events were photos of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un. The participants watched the Korean film "Monument to the Three Charters for National Reunification". The secretary general of the Malaysia-DPRK Friendship Association hoped Korea's reunification would be achieved as early as possible under the policies for national reunification set forth by Kim Jong Un at the 7th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea. The chairman of the Bangladesh-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee and other figures praised Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il for performing immortal exploits in the cause of national reunification. They praised Kim Jong Un for wisely leading the struggle of the Korean nation for accomplishing the independent reunification of the country true to the behests of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. |
