The main idea of the joint declaration is the idea of By the Korean Nation Itself which calls for rejecting outside forces and achieving the country's reunification by the concerted efforts of the Korean nation.

The joint declaration reflects the firm idea of the Korean people that if the whole nation carries on the struggle by the concerted efforts, the country will be reunified.

But the south Korean anti-reunification forces are blocking the implementation of the joint declaration.

The Korean peninsula is becoming the biggest hotspot in the world and hotbed of war owing to the war moves sought by the south Korean authorities who are resorting to the military confrontation with the compatriots in collusion with the U.S.

History proved that the thorough implementation of the joint declaration agreed between the north and the south is the only way of preventing a war and realizing the peace on the Korean peninsula and the independent reunification of the Korean nation.

The progressives of the world express firm solidarity with the Korean people who are struggling to implement the June 15 joint declaration and achieve the independent reunification of the country free from the interference of internal affairs by outside forces.
