The DPRK was forced to have access to them to defend its sovereignty.

The U.S. is staging large-scale military exercises on the Korean peninsula every year.

It is taking issue with the DPRK over its nuclear test and satellite launch in a bid to justify its hostile policy toward the DPRK.

The extremely dangerous situation is being created by the U.S., not by the DPRK.

The United Nations fails to protect the peace and security of the sovereign states.

The UN no longer provides a guarantee for peace and security on the earth but has just become a tool serving the U.S.
