The work published on Feb. 20, Juche 81 (1992), says that in order to achieve the peace and reunification of the country with the concerted efforts the north and south should firmly maintain their independent stand, take substantial measures to ensure peace in the country and achieve the great national unity irrespective of ideology and system.
