The talk positively appreciated the mutual relations which have developed on good terms in economy, culture, sports and other fields and reaffirmed the common will to steadily develop the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

The Brazilian ambassador expressed deep thanks to the government of the DPRK for active help during his term and said that he witnessed reality of the DPRK by taking part in the celebrations for the centenary anniversary of birth of President Kim Il Sung and other events.

He said that he could know well about the Korean people who are achieving prosperity of the country while overcoming difficulties and ordeals and deeply admired and respected them, hoping that the friendly relations between the two countries will continue to develop favorably.

Present at the talk were officials of the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK and a member of the Brazilian embassy.
