Diverse Art Activities Gain Momentum in DPRK
Pyongyang, June 23 (KCNA) -- Artistic activities has been encouraged in the DPRK as part of the efforts to inspire all servicepersons and people to implement the decision made at the 7th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

Dramatists, novelists and poets of the Central Committee of the Korean Writers Union strive to produce works of various themes calling for implementing the idea and intention of the Party.

The Mansudae Art Studio created 10-odd pieces of posters calling for the implementation of the tasks set forth at the 7th WPK Congress.

Artistes of the Mansudae Art Troupe, the Phibada Opera Troupe, the National Folk Art Troupe, the National Circus and other art troupes have carried on agitation activities in different farms and construction sites across the country. And the same is true of movie persons.
