An article titled "Undying feats HE Kim Jong Il performed in building and leading party" on Nigerian Observer on June 15 said that Kim Jong Il set forth it as the most important task to develop the WPK into the party of President Kim Il Sung, its founder, in name and reality in the whole course of his leadership over it and successfully carried out the task.

It noted he built the WPK into the party which formed a harmonious whole with the popular masses and faithfully served the people.

It said that he turned the WPK into a powerful political force successfully guiding the cause of the Songun revolution.

It pointed out that his party-building exploits will be handed down together with ever-victorious socialist Korea.

The June 17th issue of the Egyptian newspaper Al Akhbar Almassay said in an article titled "Leader Kim Jong Il and the WPK" that he devoted his all to the development of the WPK, prosperity of the country, happiness of the people and the victory of the socialist cause, making tremendous contributions.

Kuwait Times on June 15 in an article entitled "Undying party-building exploits" praised him for building the WPK into an ideologically pure entity, an integral organization and the party which achieved the unity of actions in which the monolithic ideological system and leadership system of the leader have been thoroughly established.

The article praised him for turning the WPK into a mother party which takes care of the people in a responsible manner, a powerful guiding force in the Korean society and an invincible party.
