The article titled "Let us implement agreements common to nation" said that the three principles of national reunification, the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration which the north and the south agreed upon and declared before the world are the great programmes for independent reunification and agreements common to the nation which should be invariably held fast to for improvement of the north-south relations and national reunification as they reflect the will and demand of the Korean nation and concrete situation of the Korean peninsula.

Any agreement between the north and the south would be needless if the north-south agreements are reduced to dead papers with the change of the situation and the replacement of regime.

As history and reality clearly prove, the north-south relations will never get rid of catastrophe unless the south Korean authorities respect the north-south agreements and come out for implementing them.

The south Korean authorities should face up to the aspiration of all the Koreans and demand of the times and come out as early as possible for implementing the agreements common to the nation after giving up anti-reunification attitude and stand.

Another article titled "National independence is the lifeline for national reunification movement" said that the principle of national independence stems from the intrinsic demand of the cause of Korea's reunification. It urged the south Korean authorities to drop pro-U.S. sycophancy make a bold decision to give up the humiliating policy of following the U.S. and stop disgraceful moves for cooperation with outsiders that hurt the fellow countrymen in the north.
