Hundreds of explosives were discovered one after another in South Hamgyong Province this year.

250 kg, 100 kg and 50 kg bombs dropped by aircraft of the U.S. forces were discovered in fields at the foot of hillocks, sites for planting trees and under sand of port in Rakwon County, Sudong District, Jangjin County and Sinpho City from the end of April to May this year.

Hand grenades and dozens of bullets were discovered in plots of dwelling houses in Hochon County and shells and bullets in a vegetable field of the Ryongyon Cooperative Farm in Tanchon City.

Tens of shells and more than 100 bullets were found in pasture for goats in Raeil District, Hamhung City in June. Discovered in various other places of the province were more pieces of evidence proving the bestial atrocities committed by the U.S. imperialists on this land.

These explosives pose constant threats to the lives and properties of people.
