Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the guiding idea of the WPK, is a key to this great might.

The WPK, guided by the Juche idea, has consistently pursued the politics of loving the popular masses and of reposing trust in them as required by the idea, and has made strenuous efforts to ceaselessly improve the people's living standard.

The Korean people came to lead an independent, creative and worthwhile life thanks to the guidance of the WPK and keenly experienced how precious their happiness is and how valuable the party that provided it is.

The WPK is being supported and trusted by the people as it is the party that serves them, being called by them the mother party.
