When north Korea achieved success in the test-fire of surface-to-surface medium long-range strategic ballistic rocket Hwasong-10, the U.S. and its followers are kicking off hysteric fit again, the article said, and went on:

Whenever they took measures to slap sanctions on the north, they only pushed the latter into remarkably bolstering up its nukes and missile defence system.

If the U.S. sincerely wishes to see the Korean peninsula denuclearized, it should withdraw its troops and all types of WMDs including nuclear weapons from south Korea without delay.

And it should hold talks with the north as early as possible and show its sincerity by concluding a peace treaty.
