The palace completed in 1989 is the cradle for Korean children to receive extracurricular education.

President Kim Il Sung's autographic proposition is displayed with due respect in its lobby.

The appearance of the palace has changed beyond recognition after its remodeling.

Saying that the interior of the palace was designed in a magnificent and gorgeous style in full consideration of the psychological features of the children, the report elaborated on its scale.

At the palace schoolchildren are taught free of charge and they use educational facilities provided by the state.

It is visited by thousands of schoolchildren every day.

The children of the DPRK are treated as kings of the country.
