The message expressed belief that the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger, hoping that the government and people of the DR Congo would achieve big successes in accomplishing the just cause of repelling the outsiders' obstructions and firmly protecting the country's sovereignty under the leadership of the president.
