The statement said that the U.S. is watching for a chance to invade the DPRK, seriously threatening peace on the Korean peninsula through the U.S.-south Korea joint military drills.

The U.S. is, indeed, the sworn enemy of the Korean nation and root cause of all misfortunes on the peninsula, it noted.

It urged the U.S. to make an apology to the Korean people for its crimes including big casualties and huge material losses for more than half a century and drive its troops out of south Korea as soon as possible, properly understanding the dignity and mettle of Songun Korea and resentment of the Korean nation.
