Special Envoy of First Secretary of C.C., CPC Gives Reception

| Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- Salvador Antonio Valdes Mesa, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (CPC) and vice-president of the Council of State of Cuba, on a visit to the DPRK as a special envoy of Raul Castro Ruz, first secretary of the C.C., CPC, gave a reception at the Cuban Embassy here Wednesday. Present there on invitation were Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, Ri Chang Gun, vice department director of the C.C., WPK, Sin Hong Chol, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Ri Kwang Gun, vice-minister of External Economic Relations, and officials concerned. The party of the special envoy and staff members of the Cuban Embassy were present. Speeches were made at the reception. |
