Kim Il Sung to Be Remembered in Bangladesh

Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- A Bangladeshi committee for remembering the great President Kim Il Sung was inaugurated in Dhaka on June 25 under the co-sponsorship of political parties, friendship and solidarity organizations and Juche idea study organizations of Bangladesh.

Rashed Khan Menon, chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Bangladesh who is minister of Civil Aviation and Tourism, was elected chairman of the remembrance committee.

The committee set the memorial period that will last on July 8 and decided to organize political and cultural events such as a remembrance meeting to praise the exploits of the President.
