Kim Il Sung Praised in Peru, Nigeria
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- A remembrance meeting was held in Peru and a film show took place in Nigeria on June 23 on the 22nd anniversary of demise of President Kim Il Sung.

The chairperson of the Peruvian Association for the Study of Revolutionary Activities of Comrade Kim Jong Suk said in a speech that Kim Il Sung is alive in the hearts of not only the Korean people but the world progressives.

He founded the Juche idea and authored many immortal works to leave the valuable ideological and moral treasures for humankind, the chairperson said, and went on:

The world admires the Korean people enjoying a happy life under the deep care of the state.

The chairman of the Peru-Korea Friendship Institute for Study of the Juche Based Songun Policy, the secretary general of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and the secretary general of the Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship said that the President embarked upon the road of the revolution in his teens, defeated the U.S. and Japanese imperialists, built the DPRK into a socialist power independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence and dedicated his all to the victory of the cause of global independence.

Personages of a Nigerian hospital spoke highly of the President's party-building exploits after watching the Korean film "Kimilsungia, Flower of the Sun".
