The factory is equipped with modern facilities with an integrated production and strict quality control systems, thus putting the production and management on an IT and modern basis.

According to Jang Sok Ha, manager of the factory, it sets it as a goal to improve technical knowledge and skills of employees, increase the proportion of locally available raw and other materials, produce a richer variety of apparatuses and raise their quality up to world standards.

He said that the factory would make contribution to building a sports power by producing more quality sports apparatuses in high demand.
