The work, published on Feb. 11, Juche 85 (1996), clarifies the idea that commemorating July 8, anniversary of demise of the President, as the greatest national memorial day is the noblest moral obligation and firm will of all the Korean people and progressive mankind to hold the President in high esteem forever as the great leader of the cause of the Juche revolution and the father of all people.
