Guinean and Thai Figures Urge U.S. to Draw Lesson from Its Defeat in Korean War
Pyongyang, July 2 (KCNA) -- Guinean and Thai figures issued statements on June 21 and 25 in the June 25-July 27 month of anti-U.S. joint struggle.

Abdoulaye Diallo, chairman of the Guinean Society for the Study of the Juche Literary Idea, said:

The U.S. is still working hard to ignite a war against the DPRK, far from drawing a due lesson from its defeat in the Korean war.

We strongly demand the withdrawal of the U.S. forces from south Korea.

Only when the U.S. forces are withdrawn from south Korea, can Korea's independent and peaceful reunification be realized and durable peace be ensured on the Korean peninsula.

Songchit Pullarp, chairman of the Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Thailand, noted that the U.S. imperialists ignited the Korean war and imposed untold misfortune and suffering upon the Korean nation.

He said:

The U.S. should conclude a peace treaty with the DPRK and take practical measures for Korea's reunification, not seeking its hostile policy toward the latter.

I fully support the DPRK's efforts for preventing a war and reunifying the country peacefully and extend firm solidarity to the Korean people.
