The message extended the wholehearted and warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un as regards the fact that the National Defence Commission was replaced by the State Affairs Commission and he was elected chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK at the Fourth Session of the 13th Supreme People's Assembly of the friendly DPRK held in Pyongyang on June 29, 2016, wishing him good health and happiness and success in his new important duty as well as the friendly Korean people greater progress and prosperity under his wise guidance.

It said that the noble efforts Kim Jong Un made while wisely leading all the state affairs to let the DPRK steadily advance along its road of struggle are greatly encouraging all people in the world striving to achieve genuine independence away from all tentacles of the imperialists.

It extended congratulations once again to Kim Jong Un who has won deep trust from the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK and hoped that he would accomplish the Korean revolution for the party, the revolution, the country and its people and global independence.
