The statement said the U.S. obsessed with its inveterate repugnancy toward the DPRK is resorting to the hostile policy toward it and even abusing the UN for sinister purpose.

The U.S. is persistently committing anti-DPRK hostile acts in violation of the UN Charter and international law, far from boldly recognizing the stark reality and responding to dialogue with the DPRK, the statement said, and went on:

The UN should no longer become scapegoat for the U.S. imperialists and their stooges but lift all sanctions against the DPRK and take impartial stand, though belatedly.

The UN should clarify its stand that the U.S. and its stooges are the true culprit threatening peace of the world, and impose sanctions against them.

Only then, all the people of the globe are able to achieve co-prosperity and establish an impartial international order under the banner of independence, equality and peace.
