The respected HE Kim Jong Un supervised the test-fire on the spot.

The successful test-fire provided the DPRK with a sure sci-tech guarantee for developing the strategic weapon system in the future.

It instilled confidence in sure victory and optimism into the service personnel and people of the DPRK and strikingly demonstrated before the world its invincibility once again.

Taking this opportunity, we condemn the U.S. for its base act of egging the UN secretary general on to forward a letter denying the DPRK's right to satellite launch.

The DPRK will further bolster up its nuclear deterrent for self-defence both in quality and quantity to cope with the hostile policy of the U.S. and as ever exercise its right to explore space for peaceful purposes no matter what others may say.

The DPRK will always emerge victorious.
