Minju Joson Blasts Reckless Remarks of South Korean Puppet Minister of Unification

Pyongyang, July 5 (KCNA) -- Hong Yong Phyo, puppet minister of Unification of south Korea, talked rubbish inciting confrontation with the compatriots again at a recent plenary meeting of the Committee for Diplomacy and Unification of the "National Assembly". He said that "there is no south-north dialogue unless the north opts for denuclearization," "dialogue would give only time and justification to the north" and "it is necessary to force the north to change through sanctions first."

Minju Joson Tuesday observes in a commentary in this regard:

What Hong uttered is no more than desperate efforts of the confrontation maniacs to get rid of the mire of bankruptcy as it is a revelation of hysteric fit of a half wit unaware of public mindset and the trend of the times and a psychopath seized with confrontation with the compatriots in the north.

The puppet Ministry of Unification has done nothing good for the inter-Korean relations and national reunification. If there be any, it has only taken the lead in inciting the confrontation with the compatriots and deteriorating the inter-Korean relations.

He has only played the role of a marionette and political servant of Chongwadae, vociferating about "the north's denuclearization," "sanctions" and "change of north," reading the face of the chief executive and pleasing her.

All facts go to patently prove that the mandarins of the ministry are only pursuing "unification of social systems", "unification through absorption" and sticking to confrontation with the DPRK to the last by justifying its campaign for "the north's denuclearization" and "sanctions" under the absurd pretexts.

They will not be able to escape the stern punishment by history and nation for recklessly swimming against the trend of the times.
