The bulletin said in an article titled "The 22nd anniversary of demise of the great leader":

Comrade Kim Il Sung who embarked upon the road of revolution in his early years founded the Korean People's Revolutionary Army, waged the 15-year-long bloody anti-Japanese armed struggle and thus liberated Korea on Aug. 15, 1945.

He accomplished the cause of building the party, army and state and enforced the overall democratic reforms after the liberation of Korea. He also led the 1950-1953 Fatherland Liberation War to victory and developed the DPRK into an advanced socialist industrial state.

Though many years have passed since he passed away, the Korean people are holding him in high esteem as their eternal leader and calling their country and nation Kim Il Sung's Korea and Kim Il Sung's nation.

His brilliant career and exploits will be immortal along with humankind like the sun.

The bulletin in an article titled "Day of victory" praised Kim Il Sung for resolutely smashing the U.S. imperialists' invasion and firmly defending the country's dignity and sovereignty.

It carried an article titled "Month of solidarity with the Korean people".
