DPRK Is Further Bolstering up Its Nuclear Deterrent for Self-Defence: Swiss Organizations

Pyongyang, July 6 (KCNA) -- The Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea issued a joint statement on June 30 to denounce the U.S. for creating the climate of the international pressure against the DPRK, while finding fault with its measure for bolstering up its self-defensive capabilities.

The statement said that a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry issued a statement to accuse the U.S. of terming the DPRK's test-fire of surface-to-surface medium long-range strategic ballistic rocket Hwasong-10 the so-called "provocation" and "threat".

It went on:

Self-defence is neither provocation nor threat.

On the contrary, it is, indeed, the grave provocations threatening the DPRK's security and sovereignty for the U.S. to ceaselessly stage nuclear war drills such as the "beheading operation" and "operation for occupying Pyongyang" aimed at the supreme leadership of the DPRK by introducing its many strategic assets such as nuclear-powered submarine Mississippi and B-52H strategic bombers into south Korea and its vicinity.

It is preposterous for the U.S. to talk about the so-called issue of dialogue.

The DPRK is further bolstering up its nuclear deterrent for self-defence.

This is just and legitimate.
