| Pyongyang, July 6 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho sent a congratulatory message to Perfecto Yasay upon his appointment as foreign minister of Philippines, on July 2. The message expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would develop on good terms in various fields in the future and wished him success in his responsible work. |
