The chairman of the Finish National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea praised the President as a great statesman and outstanding thinker and theoretician who provided the guidelines of struggle for not only the Korean people but also the world progressives by founding the immortal Juche idea.

The secretary general of the Polish branch of the Korean Friendship Association and other speakers praised the President as an iron-willed brilliant commander who defeated the U.S. and the Japanese imperialists and outstanding leader who turned the DPRK into a socialist power independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence and dedicated himself to the accomplishment of the cause of national reunification and the cause of global independence.

The general chairperson and the secretary general of the National Guidance Council of the Pioneer Party of Indonesia expressed their determination to work hard to successfully hold the 2017 Meeting for Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu, praising the President for developing the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries and carrying out the cause of human independence.

The chairman of the Angolan committee for remembering President Kim Il Sung recalled that the President positively supported the struggle of peoples of various countries for independence and the building of a new society.

Though the President passed away, his exploits for the times and history are always remembered by humankind, the chairman added.
